We will acknowledge your letter as soon as we receive it confirming that we have shared your feedback with the relevant department or that we are investigating your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks, we will send you a written explanation of the status of your raised issue and the proposed solution. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, we shall advise you on how to escalate your concern further within American Express. We will do whatever we can to help resolve any concerns you have raised to us.
You also have the option to refer your case to Sanadak should you find the resolution unsatisfactory or if you have not received a final response within 30 calendar days of raising your concerns:
